Mallory (Hough), a young bride-to-be, picks up a charming but deeply unsettling hitchhiker named Christian (Sears) on a deserted highway. Realizing he is a dangerous psychopath, she deliberately crashes her own car to escape him. The plan backfires, leaving her car overturned and trapping her upside down. To make matters worse, she sustains serious injuries while Christian is left relatively unharmed. He begins to psychologically and physically torment her, forcing Mallory to engage in a brutal, bloody fight for her survival and eventual revenge.
