You can delete your Jambo Films account and the data linked to it here, in the Jambo Films app (Profile → Security → Delete account), or on this website (Profile → Security).

What happens

• Your account is switched off at once and you are signed out on every device.
• We send you an email, and a notification to your phones, with a link to keep your account in case it was not you who asked.
• 30 days later your account is deleted.

What is deleted

Your name, email address, phone number, profile picture, viewing history, watchlists, downloads, ratings, reviews, comments, referral details, notifications, and the details of the devices you signed in on.

What is kept

Records of payments and payouts, which tax and accounting law requires us to keep, without your name or email address. Viewing totals that pay the people who make the films and series are kept without anything that identifies you.
